Baku Marathon Club member Rahman Najafov, together with two fellow runners, ran from the city of Shamakhi to Baku. The route covered 105 km through hilly terrain. They dedicated their run to the 5th anniversary of the country’s Victory in the Patriotic War.
The 5th annual Qələbə Qaçışı 10 km race took place on Baku Boulevard, dedicated to the country’s Great Victory in the Patriotic War. More than 20 members of the Baku Marathon Club took part in this event.
On November 2, 2025, the traditional marathon race took place in Istanbul. Three athletes from the Baku Marathon Club took part in the competition, and all successfully finished the race.
